If you dug a hole through the center of the earth from one side to the other and you jumped through, what would happen?

Well since gravity pulls to the center of the earth, due to the fast rotation of the core, you would get pulled through and propelled out the other side until you reach the other sides ground level (or whatever hight you started the jump at.). Since air is still a factor you would NOT get bounced back and forth infinitely. In fact you would (probably die b4 you EVER see this happen) eventually come to a stop in the center of earths gravity. But in real world if you tried to dig a hole like that and made it to the bottom of the crust, you just created a volcano, good freaking job, and hope you have life insurance that allows your relatives to not have a body to prove your death. If you made past the lava and put a hole in the core.... Earth just collapsed, good freaking job. If your dig was successful all the way through, When you jump you would disintegrate as you fall just under were the crusty would be. If you make it past the lava again, You would get crushed by the gravity as you near the core since it is WAY more gravitized closer to the core. So there you go, Good question by the way.
