I have submitted a few there and even had them published. If they want to publish your poem, they don't charge you for that. The only downfall to them is that the books they publish your poems in can be pricey and then you get a bunch of USPS mail asking you to go to conventions and alluding to the fact that you could win a huge prize at these conventions if you show and read your poem to an audience... That, in itself, wouldn't ...
