It was great. One of the best books I've read in a while. It's about 2 boys that grow up together in Afghanistan before the Taliban rule. I figured since I read it in the news this would best fit it. Our Earth emits a sound. I haven't heard it but scientists say that it sounds like chirps and whistles and is AWFUL. This sound is made by charged particles from the solar wind colliding with our magnetic field. The reason we can't hear it is because the ionosphere blocks it. Did you know they were born on the same day in the same year? I didn't. Truth be told the only thing I know about Darwin is that he wrote "Origin of Species" promoting the theory of evolution and natural selection. I'm still on the fence about whether I completely believe in Darwinism. Maybe it's because I have a hard time with the idea that we evolved from monkeys. He has a "gash" from left to right above his eyebrows, a hairline fracture of his jaw, his shin was crushed, his hip was dislocated, his upper lip was split up to his nose, his nose was broken and his eye socket was dislocated.
